We gladly work with Real Estate professionals. Our referral structure will pay $500 for a buyer and $1000 for each seller. Referral fees are paid after the completion of our sale of the property. If you transact the contracts for a buyer , we will pay 3% of the transaction price.
Do you ever reject taking on a listing because there is not enough equity to pay your commissions? IRS liens? Send them to us! We can help! We pay a referral fee to anyone that brings a lead to us that culminates in a deal.
